Shop Policies

 

  • All posters and canvases are created, resized, and printed specifically for each order, so WE DO NOT ACCEPT returns or exchanges.

  • However, if your posters or canvases arrive damaged, we will happily replace them. Please provide a photo of the damaged items for verification.

  • Posters are sold WITHOUT frames. Canvases come stretched on wood and ready to hang.

  • All our posters are printed on high-quality 255 gsm (68 lb) professional paper using top-of-the-line equipment. If you prefer a different type of paper, please let us know, and we will provide a price quote.

  • We can create each piece as either a print or a canvas. Prints come without frames (please contact us for frame recommendations), while canvases come stretched on wood and ready to hang.

  • Colors may vary slightly due to monitor variations!
  • Smaller posters (5x7 and 8x10) are shipped flat, protected by two cardboards in a card envelope. Larger posters are rolled and shipped in mailing tubes. Our professional-quality paper is not affected by rolling and will flatten easily.
  • Canvases come stretched on wood, ready to hang (no frames), they are shipped in boxes. 
  • We sell only physical posters, not digital files. 
  • We can customize any nursery wall art or nursery print to match your nursery decor. Just send us the details of your baby's or kid's room, and we'll create matching designs and colors.

Shipping:

We typically ship standard orders within 2-4 days. Each order is resized and modified before printing and packaging, so a little time is needed for processing. Customized orders may take a few extra days, depending on the modifications. If you're in a hurry, please contact us, and we'll do our best to assist you.

Return Policy:

We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges. However, please contact us if you encounter any issues with your order.
